	MASONRY VIOLATIONS CORRECTED We provide the best in brick restoration, from lentils to parapet walls, we do it all.
	ON-SITE INSPECTION WITH CITY OFFICIAL (We do two on-site inspections with the City of Chicago, one for footing and the second on-site is for the final inspections.
	PERMITS PROVIDED ON EVERY JOB Yes, we expedite every drawing through the city's Department of Construction and Permitting.
	COURT APPEARANCES (We go to court for our customers for free, we can't represent you, but we could testify that we have entered into a contract and we are moving forward to bringing your building into complience with the city of Chicago.
	HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED HARDWARE We use only hot dipped galvanized bolts and connectors. Don't be fooled by porch builders using zinc hardware, it will rust within the first year.
	WATER SEAL ALL PORCH WORK Free water seal on all porch work. Here at Mr. Porch, we don't want you to worry about your deck for the first two or three years, we water seal all our porches for free.
